Ha-ha! LOL :-)) Yes it's MEANT to travel on water! That's how you get around in Venice! You'll remember Robert Benchley's famous telegram sent to his colleagues on 'The New Yorker': "STREETS FLOODED PLEASE ADVISE"!!
I went to Rhyl one summer when I was a kid and it rained that much !
